First Blog to start- Food Tour T Brisbane

  This post launches the Food Tour T story.

Welcome, from Jacqui, I look forward to posting many a tempting tale from the different food tours, as we explore and bring to you, news from the passionate producers, of the Brisbane food scene. My tourism industry knowledge spans over twenty years, and after recently completing one and a half years of uni studies and concept growth, I am proud to push the business out into the big wide world, and bring my self out of hiding, having sat in front of the computer and on the phone until the wee hours, for many a month. I have had a faithful companion along the way his name is Riley, and have posted a photo below for you to see, he has been literally by my side for all of his eight years!

My energy will now be used to promote these exciting day tours, as I really wish to inspire, and treat customers, to open up a new world of culinary awareness of special food outlets in our region. Food Tour T's tour concepts are packaged for the gourmet entertainer to the novice just wanting an interesting day out. Every tour brings a different message throughout the day so that even if you are not a foodie, and just on the tour to taste a little of Brisbane, you may have a renewed desire to get into the kitchen again. The tours are also another way to stock up the pantry and invite hungry loved ones over to sample your new dishes and wow factor additions that you purchased along the way. Below you will see the five star coach that will transport you on the day, and make the day special and a memorable one.

Thank you to my close friends, and people at the dog parks who have followed the progress of Food Tour T with interest, even though the progress at times has been sloooow. Even now at a time when our tourism state is in recovery mode, I feel a deep compassion for people's lives that have been effected by the recent natural events, and hope to be a part of bringing a little sunshine back into Brisbane with my fun and inspiring tours.

A heartfelt thank you also to the wonderful hosts of my tours as I have been in contact with many of you for over a year now, from little things big thing grow, they say, so here is the dream in reality.
